The Beginning: WH Solution and Research (WHSAR)
WH Solution and Research was founded with a unique philosophy — inspired by the "WH" question words in English grammar (Who, What, When, Where, Why, How). The idea was to build a company that would answer every question and solve every problem with the best possible solutions. Starting with a YouTube channel, the team began sharing knowledge and insights.
Expanding into Field Data Collection
Realizing that knowledge alone wasn't enough, WHSAR ventured into field data collection and digitization. The team started working on complex projects involving server management, data management, and data digitization for public and private sectors.
Birth of GraminWiFi
With a vision to bridge the digital divide in rural India, WHSAR launched GraminWiFi — a PM-WANI compliant PDO (Public Data Office) service provider. GraminWiFi brought affordable internet access to rural and semi-urban areas.

Building on the success of GraminWiFi, WHSAR introduced LANbill.Com, a complete PM-WANI stack provider. LANbill.Com offered a comprehensive platform for PDOs to manage their WiFi networks, billing, and operations.

WHSAR launched CIISurvey.org, a platform for data management, storage, and digital market research. CIISurvey helped organizations collect, analyze, and visualize data to make informed decisions.
